Vancouver, B.C. - The Canucks for Kids Fund, in partnership with Ascend Fundraising Solutions (FS), is proud to announce that the 50/50 jackpot on November 27th vs. the LA Kings is expected to surpass $1 million, with a guaranteed minimum prize of $500,000! Funds raised from this special event will support the Canucks Autism Network, Canuck Place Children's Hospice and the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.

Tickets for the 50/50 raffle are available starting today for fans across BC at canucks.com/online5050. Tickets can also be purchased at Rogers Arena during the Canucks game vs. LA on November 27th.
The estimated $1 million jackpot is made possible thanks to Ascend FS who have guaranteed a minimum prize of $500,000 for the 50/50 raffle winner. The goal of this special 50/50 event is to raise funds for charity while eclipsing the previous record of $1,014,555 for the largest 50/50 raffle in Canadian sports history. The record was set at Rogers Arena on April 5, 2018 during the Sedin twins' final home game.
"This is an amazing opportunity for us to generate excitement, awareness and significant funds for charity," said Paolo Aquilini, President of the Canucks for Kids Fund. "We have a great opportunity for fans to participate in history with one lucky fan winning a life changing prize. But more importantly, we have an unprecedented opportunity help children and families across BC who need the support."
"We are grateful to partner with the Canucks for Kids Fund on this exciting program," said Daniel Lewis, CEO of Ascend FS. "To be able to work with such a great organization for charities is a huge win for our employees and the Vancouver community as a whole. We believe this event demonstrates the powerful combination of our online fundraising platform with our industry leading in-stadium 50/50 raffle product."
The Canucks for Kids Fund's 50/50 raffle is unique because fans at the game and online anywhere in BC can win the same jackpot. The program is operated through Ascend FS, the industry leader in digital fundraising solutions.
