During the March 5 game vs. the Florida Panthers, we welcomed United States Army Reserve Staff Sergeant Szu-Yu Chu.
From Taipei, Taiwan, Staff Sergeant Chu has served with the Army Reserve for 10 years as a Bandsman/Army Musician and earned her U.S. citizenship through her military service. She obtained a doctorate in classical music at The Ohio State University and has gone on to serve in 45 high-visibility support missions, from change of commands to yellow ribbon programs.
