During the Jan. 4 game vs. the Pittsburgh Penguins, we welcomed United States Army Specialist Scott Sipes.  

From Christine, Ohio, Specialist Sipes served for nine years with the Army, including a tour in Iraq from 2005 to 2006. For his service he was awarded a Purple Heart and Armed Forces Reserve Medal with “M” Device, among others.
