JEREMY MERS, Nov. 1, St. Louis

During the Nov. 1 game vs. the St. Louis Blues, we welcomed United States Air Force Master Sergeant Jeremy Mers.  

From Wauconda, Illinois, Master Sergeant Mers joined the Air Force in 1997 as a Munitions Systems Apprentice. After four years of active duty, he left the Air Force and later joined the Air Force Reserve in 2008. In 2011, he was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He now serves as a line recruiter servicing Columbus and its surrounding areas.
