During the Dec. 18 game vs. the Minnesota Wild, we welcomed United States Marine Corps Retired Lieutenant Colonel David Westin.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Retired Lieutenant Colonel Westin dedicated 24 years of service with the Marines. During that time, he served with the 1st Radio Battalion, the 2nd Intelligence Battalion, the Marine Cryptologic Support Battalion, the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Cyber Command at the NSA. He also completed three combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as deployments to Haiti and the Middle East to provide humanitarian assistance.
