Go to My Blue Jackets Account and log into your account by entering the email address and password associated with your account.

Click on MY EVENTS to see every event on your account.

Click on SELECT EVENT of the game you are exchanging out of.

Select the MORE followed by the EXCHANGE function from the menu in the upper right hand corner by clicking on the button with three dots on it.

Check the boxes next to the specific number of seats you would like to exchange.

Then select CONTINUE in the lower right-hand corner.

Select the game you would like to attend from the list of eligible exchange games, then choose SELECT EVENT. 

Click on the section you would like to sit in. Select the same number of seat locations that you are exchanging from the seat map, then click CONTINUE in the upper right-hand corner.

^{Please note: You can exchange tickets for equal or greater value. If selecting a location of greater value, your previous purchase price will be credited towards the purchase and you will only owe the difference between the seat locations.}

Confirm the seat locations you have selected in the Shopping Cart and click NEXT. This page will also display any credits that have been applied, and your total amount due.

Confirm the seat locations you have selected in the Shopping Cart and select SUBMIT in the lower right hand corner.

Click the check box to accept the terms and conditions, then select SUBMIT ORDER.

A confirmation email from Ticketmaster will be sent to the email address on file to confirm the completion of the exchange.

The tickets you have selected can be accessed the same way as your season tickets and are eligible for Mobile Delivery.

Log into your My Blue Jackets Account to access your newly selected game tickets.

Don't forget to add these to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your mobile device before coming to Nationwide Arena the night of the game.
