A playoff strip is a ticket for each round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Based on your season ticket plan type (full season, half season or quarter season), the playoff strip consists of a different number of games.

Full STH’s: every Stanley Cup Playoff game played at Nationwide Arena

Half Plans: up to two (2) home games per round. The number of games is determined by the number of games played during a specific round

Quarter Plans: one (1) home game per round

The Stanley Cup Playoff strip prices will be higher than your season tickets, however, you are receiving a discount off the single game rate. To view the prices for your Stanley Cup Playoff tickets, please log into your My Blue Jackets Account, and click “Invoices” to view your 2025 Stanley Cup Playoff Invoice. Your invoice reflects a potential four home games per round for four rounds. When choosing the Pay As We Play payment plan option, you will only be charged for games as they are guaranteed to be played.

Full STH’s will have the same location during the playoffs and in some instances, Half and Quarter STH’s with set plans would have their same seat location. For Half and Quarter plans that do not receive the same seat location as the regular season, seats will be placed in the closest seating location to your original based on availability. STH’s that have a Half or Quarter Flex Plan during the 2024-25 season will receive seating locations for the Stanley Cup Playoffs based on best available within the price category selected if available. If the price category you selected is not available, you will be placed in the next price category down. Accounts will be seated based on tenure.

Half STHs will receive up to two (2) games per round (based on the number of games played per round). Quarter STH’s will receive one (1) game per round.

Once your seating location has been assigned, your seat location will remain the same throughout the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

In the Stanley Cup Playoffs, unlike the regular season when payments are made monthly, tickets are charged as home games are guaranteed to be played.

Once the Blue Jackets qualify for the playoffs or advance to the next round, the following charges will occur:

• Full STHs will be charged for the first two home games of Round 1. If a third or fourth home game becomes necessary, then additional charges will occur at the time the next game(s) is confirmed to be played.
• Half STHs will be charged for the first home game in your plan (would be either home game 1 or 2 based on your regular season plan). If a third or fourth home game becomes necessary, then additional charges will occur at the time the next game(s) is confirmed to be played.
• Quarter STHs will be charged for one game per round (would be home game 1 or 2 based on your regular season plan) and will occur at the time the next game(s) is confirmed to be played.

To reserve your Stanley Cup Playoff tickets, simply log into your My Blue Jackets Account and follow the directions below:

• Click “Invoices” in the upper left-hand corner of the Home page.
• Select “2025 Stanley Cup Playoff” invoice and click Continue.
• Select the “Pay As We Play” payment plan.
• Select the card you’d like to use or click “Edit/Add” to add a new card.
• Click “Pay Now” to lock in your payment method.
• Your first payment will be charged within 24 business hours after the Blue Jackets secure their playoff spot (you will receive email notification of charge prior to charge being made)

Yes, single game tickets will be offered through a presale prior to Round 1 for STHs. Should the Blue Jackets advance past Round 1, single game presales are not guaranteed prior to each round. The only way to guarantee your Stanley Cup Playoff tickets is to purchase your playoff strips.
