Entry Policy

Bag Policy: If necessary, guests are permitted to bring one bag* (clear or other) that does not exceed 14″w x 14″h x 6″d in size or small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4″w x 6″h x 1.5″d in size. Medical bags and diaper bags are permitted, though we encourage you to bring only what is needed. All medical and diaper bags will be searched and examined.

This season, all bags larger than a clutch (including medical, diaper/parenting, and clear bags) must go through x-ray screening at designated bag lines located at entries 1, 8, or 11. All contents must comply with Climate Pledge Arena’s dimensions and prohibited items policies. Small clutches, purses, or wallets, smaller than 4” x 6” x 1.5”, may still enter any open entry door. These items are subject to inspection.

Items within the bag must comply with our bag policy and permitted item list.

Water Bottle Policy: Reusable (non-glass) water bottles are permitted. Bottles must be no larger than 32oz. and must empty upon entry, including ice.

Prohibited Items: The following are the most common prohibited items that are prohibited for use of possession, display or distribution at, on, or within Climate Pledge Arena. For a full list of prohibited items, click here.

  • Professional Cameras, detachable lenses or external flash units, or recording equipment (aside from smartphones) for audio, image, or video recording purposes
  • Weapons, including guns, firearms, knives of any size, stun guns/tasers, bats or poles
  • Martial arts weapons, night sticks, nunchucks, billy clubs, self-defense sprays, to include mace & pepper spray
  • Noisemaking devices of any kind, including whistles, air horns, vuvuzelas, and cow bells
  • Laptops and tablets
  • Poster tubes
  • Laser pointing devices, flashlights or similar devices
  • Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by Climate Pledge Arena and its league affiliates, in their sole discretion

Parking & Transportation

Attending a Kraken game is a unique and exciting entertainment experience. The best way to get to Climate Pledge Arena is to plan ahead and consider all the transportation options available to you:

Public Transportation: All fans receive a free public transit pass alongside their ticket for every Kraken game. With expanded Light Rail service and easy parking at most stations, public transit is an easy, hassle-free way to get to the arena. Extensive bus service routes also service Climate Pledge Arena. Use the trip planner to make your travel to the arena hassle-free.

Driving & Parking: Parking for Kraken games is easy, with three convenient parking garages available. The closest ADA parking is available in the Arena Garage and the 1st Ave N Garage. Pre-purchase your parking at the links below or download the Kraken + CPA Mobile App.

  • Arena Garage – Climate Pledge Arena-operated, this garage is accessed via an underground tunnel and features complimentary EV charging stations.
  • 1st Ave N Garage – Climate Pledge Arena-operated and located across Lenny Wilkens Way south of the arena.
  • 5th Ave Garage – Seattle Center-operated and located on the east side of campus.

Seattle Center Monorail: The Seattle Center Monorail is a 90-second ride between downtown Seattle to Seattle Center. From the Seattle Center station, it is just a short walk to Climate Pledge Arena. The Monorail accepts ORCA cards, credit/debit cards, and contactless payment. The free transit pass included with all Kraken tickets also works on the Seattle Center Monorail.

Rideshare: As the official rideshare partner of Climate Pledge Arena, you can take Lyft to and from CPA for all Kraken games. All rideshare vehicles will be prohibited from dropping off riders on 1st Ave N. The best rideshare drop-off locations on your way to an event will be:

  • Republican St & Warren Ave N
  • MoPOP turnaround
  • Mercer St – McCaw Hall Drop Off Zone
  • Denny Way – Pacific Science Center Drop Off Zone

For the 30 minutes following the event, rideshare vehicles will not be allowed to pick up passengers near Climate Pledge Arena. During this window, passengers are encouraged to walk east to pick up at this location:

  • Thomas St & Taylor Ave N

Once the 30-minute post-event window has passed, rideshare passengers can resume normal usage.

Biking: Bike Link Bicycle lockers are available in the 1st Ave N Garage on a first-come, first-served basis. They are available with a Bike Link card purchased from BikeLink – On-Demand Bike Parking OR through the Bike Link mobile app. Bike Link Bicycle lockers will fit most bike types, as well as accessories (lights, helmets).

Ticketing

The Seattle Kraken are pleased to offer our fans the most convenient and secure way to manage their tickets through mobile ticketing powered by Ticketmaster.

50/50 Raffle pres. by Washington's Lottery

The 50/50 Raffle, presented by Washington's Lottery, is back, and we’re starting the season with a bang. Saturday's raffle jackpot will start at $20,000. Fans 18 and older can purchase tickets from volunteer sellers across Climate Pledge Arena through the end of the second intermission.
