Below are some Frequently Asked Questions to help you navigate your safe return to Canadian Tire Centre and Ottawa Senators games. Please review prior to purchasing to ensure you can adhere to all venue policies. Additionally, we ask you to remember our ticket takers, ushers and concessions staff are people, too. There will be zero-tolerance for rude or abusive behaviour towards them. If you have an issue, please ask to speak to a supervisor. What forms of payment do you accept inside the venue?

Canadian Tire Centre is now a cashless venue. We accept all major credit cards and debit.

What if I only have cash?

Reverse ATMs will be available throughout Canadian Tire Centre where fans will be able to insert cash and receive a physical card that will act like a debit or gift card at all concessions and restaurants within the venue.

Can I pay for parking with cash?

The parking lots at Canadian Tire Centre are now also considered cashless. Parking can be pre-purchased through Ticketmaster either as a stand-alone item or as an add-on to a game or event ticket. Parking can also be paid for at the venue with your card.

Am I able to use a physical ticket to enter Canadian Tire Centre?

Canadian Tire Centre is a mobile ticket venue. As such, guests are required to have their ticket loaded to their phone for entry scan. If you require access to a physcial ticket for accessibility please reach out to ticketmaster at (1-855-985-4357).

Am I permitted to bring in my backpack?

In conjunction with NHL protocols and for your safety and expedited entry into Canadian Tire Centre, bags are restricted to clutch or wallet style bags smaller than 4"x6"x1.5" which will be subject to contactless security screening. These bags cannot include a metal or chain style strap and must clear our walk-through metal detectors. Bags, backpacks, purses, totes, clear bags, fanny packs and camera bags are not permitted. Exceptions will be made for guests who require a bag for medical devices and childcare/diaper bags. Guests who have these bags will be required to enter at Gate 3 (Palladium Dr. and Huntmar Dr., parking lots 3 and 4). Onsite bag checks will not be available.
