Season Ticket Members will have increased flexibility in how they use their tickets through the Ticket Trade Program! This digital benefit will allow members to exchange tickets for games they cannot use for additional tickets to other Sabres games at KeyBank Center.

For the best user experience, we recommend using your desktop to access this member benefit.

Step 1: Log into your Sabres Account Manager

Step 2: Select "Manage My Ticket" at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Select which event you would like to manage, click on "Select Event"

Step 4: Click on the "More" button. The "Exchange" button will appear, click on the icon.

Step 5: Select which seats you would like to manage from the event, click "continue"

Step 6: Eligible games to exchange into will appear. Choose your preferred game by clicking on "Select Event"

Step 7: The seat map will appear for you to choose your preferred seats. Once you select your seats, they will appear in your cart. When ready, click continue.

Step 8: Review your transaction. When ready, click "Next".

Step 9: Accept the Terms & Conditions and click "pay today". Note that if you made an even exchange in tickets, there will be no charge. If you upgrade your seats, payment will need to be made to finalize the transaction.

Step 10: You will receive an email confirmation once your transaction is successful. At that time, you will be able to manage the new set of tickets in your Sabres Account Manager.
