Donation Requests

Donation requests must be received by the Buffalo Sabres Community Relations Department no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. Donation requests received less than 4 weeks prior to an event will not be considered.

Donation requests can be made by clicking here. The Sabres no longer accept donation requests via telephone.

While we would like to assist as many charitable groups as possible, donations are limited to Western New York and Southern Ontario markets.

All requests must be submitted on organization letterhead. If your organization does not have letterhead, please include a letter from the charitable organization that your fundraiser benefits.

All donation requests for merchandise must include the following:
- A description of the event
- Date and location of the event
- Description of who will benefit from the donation
- Complete mailing address of the organization
- A contact name and phone number and email if possible

We review and fulfill donations twice monthly and will respond to every request we receive whether or not a donation is approved. Please do not contact the Buffalo Sabres office to check on the status of your request.

We will make best efforts to make our donation available well in advance of your event. However, due to inventory demands, donations may not be available until the week of your event.

Donations must be picked-up at KeyBank Center. Some exceptions apply and will be determined solely at the discretion of the Buffalo Sabres.

The Buffalo Sabres do not accept items to be autographed. Any unsolicited items will be returned to sender unsigned. We do not accept responsibility for any items mailed to us.

Autographed memorabilia and other donations are limited to one request per organization each year.
