Capitals captain shows softer side at home being a dad

Everyone is used to seeing Alex Ovechkin as a superstar hockey player, but in a pair of new commercials he is being a superstar dad.

The Washington Capitals captain is featured in two new ads for Johnson & Johnson baby products.

His co-stars in the spots are his wife Nastya and his son Sergei.

In the commercials, narrated by Ovechkin and Nastya in Russian, viewers get a small glimpse into their family life as the couple speak about "tenderness and strength."

Ovechkin and Sergei are shown playing mini stick hockey with a soft ball in their living room.

The couple announced back in February that they are Ovechkin new ad.
