How It Works

1. In the Kraken + CPA App, navigate to the Profile page using the icon in the top right corner & sign into your app profile.

2. You will see your Season Ticket Membership information automatically if you use the same email address for your Ticketmaster account as your app profile.

3. Scan the barcode during checkout to receive 25% off your purchase (tax & tip excluded).

4. If you’re signed into your app profile and you don’t see your Season Ticket Membership information yet, make sure you are also logged in to your Seattle Kraken Ticketmaster account. If you’re still experiencing issues with access, reach out to your Membership Service Account Executive for assistance.

If you don’t see a Profile tab in the top right corner, you may need to update your app to the latest version.

Where can I use the discount?

  • The Home Game Discount can be used at all food and drink locations in Climate Pledge Arena except vending machines.
  • Home Game Discount does not apply to catering orders in PitchBook Suites or Tunnel Clubs.

When can I use the discount?

  • The Home Game Discount can be used during Kraken home games from the time doors open until concession sales close.

Can I use the discount at Just Walk Out locations?

  • Yes! Look for the kiosks near exits where you’ll be able to scan your Home Game Discount barcode.
  • Note, you must scan the kiosk BEFORE you walk out to receive the Home Game Discount.

I sit in Cove Seats. Can I use the discount for in-seat ordering?

  • Open the Kraken + CPA App
  • Navigate to the Profile page using the icon in the top right corner.
  • Sign in to your app profile.
  • If you use the same email address for your Ticketmaster account as your app profile, you will see your Season Ticket Membership information automatically.
  • Tap “Access Home Game Discount” to pull up the discount code.
  • Copy and paste the discount code into your online ordering site to redeem your 25% discount (tax & tip excluded).

I'm not able to log in/access my discount. What do I do?

  • If you’re signed into your app profile and you don’t see your Season Ticket Membership information, make sure you are also logged in to your Seattle Kraken Ticketmaster account within the app.
  • If you’re still having issues with access while at Climate Pledge Arena, go to the nearest Guest Services location.
