Kirby Dach and Brendan Gallagher took therapy days

BROSSARD – Following a successful road trip, the Canadiens got back to work at the CN Sports Complex on Thursday.

The team announced ahead of practice that defenseman David Reinbacher, who had been sidelined for four weeks with a broken metacarpal bone, was loaned to the Laval Rocket.

With Kirby Dach and Brendan Gallagher taking therapy days, a total of 18 players partook in the session.

Head coach Martin St-Louis confirmed during his media op that Samuel Montembeault will get the start against Ottawa on Saturday.
