Ticketing policies and procedures for the St. Louis Blues and Enterprise Center are outlined below. Please call the St. Louis Blues ticket office at 314-622-BLUE (2583) with any questions.
Box Office Hours
The Enterprise Center Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., except on event days. The Box Office will be closed on non-event weekends. For additional convenience, our self-service kiosk for purchasing tickets and advance will call pick-up is available in the Enterprise Center atrium Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Limited parking is available for ticket buyers in front of the building on Clark Avenue. You can contact the Box Office by phone by calling 314-622-2551.
Short-term parking is available in front of the building, or in the garage attached to Enterprise Center. Enter the garage from Clark Avenue or 16th Street. Cash and credit cards are accepted for garage parking. Checks are not accepted for garage parking. An ATM machine is located at the Box Office for your convenience.
St. Louis Blues and Enterprise Center event times and ticket prices are subject to change.
Tickets for Enterprise Center events may be purchased through Enterprise Center Season, Group, and Suite Sales Office, Enterprise Center Box Office, Ticketmaster phone sales, www.ticketmaster.com and through any Ticketmaster location. These sources are the only authorized ticket-selling agents of Enterprise Center. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source.
Guests must have their tickets on their persons at all times when attending an event.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
The St. Louis Blues and Enterprise Center offer no refunds, returns, or exchanges* for any season ticket plan, group, suite, or individual event ticket purchases, including any deposits placed towards the aforementioned ticket packages.
*St. Louis Blues Season Ticket Holders are allotted a set amount of game exchanges as a benefit of holding a plan with the team. More information can be found in your handbook or by calling your Ticket Sales Representative at 314-622-BLUE (2583).
Secondary Market Ticket Purchasing
Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of Enterprise Center/St. Louis Blues. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, StubHub, Craig's List, etc.) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets. If you should choose to purchase tickets from a third party, please remember the following:
Ticket Reprint Policy
If you need third party tickets reprinted for any reason, you must visit the Enterprise Center Box Office to email the pdf ticket for reprint. There will be a $5 charge per ticket for this service. A reprinted third party ticket does not guarantee entry into the event.
If you have purchased tickets through Enterprise Center or Ticketmaster and need your tickets reprinted for any reason, please show proof of purchase at the Enterprise Center Box Office. We will be happy to reprint your tickets for no additional charge.

NOTICE TO TICKET HOLDER: NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
EVENT TIME AND DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Ticketholder assumes all risk, liability and responsibility for injuries sustained while on the arena premises, currently known as Scottrade Center, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, including but not limited to injuries sustained from hockey pucks and sticks. The St. Louis Blues Hockey Club, L.P., Kiel Center Partners, L.P., Enterprise Center Management, SLB Acquisition LLC, the National Hockey League, National Hockey League teams and their respective partners, officers, employees, agents and players are expressly released by ticket user from claims arising from or in any way with said use. This ticket is a revocable license granting the holder the right to attend the event indicated subject to compliance with the arenas management's rules and regulations. This license may be terminated and admission denied or the holder removed from the building if the holder acts in a disorderly manner or violates any of management's rules and regulations. Any person(s) who resells or attempts to resell this ticket on the arenas premises will be removed without compensation.
Ticketholder agrees not to engage in photography or preproduction of the event in any form, unless such photography reproduction is specifically permitted for the particular event; if such photography or reproduction is permitted, ticketholder agrees not to engage in the sale of such photography or reproduction of the event in any form. Violation will automatically terminate this license.
Ticketholder grants permission to the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club, L.P., SLB Acquisition LLC, Kiel Center Partner, L.P., and its agents to utilize holders image or likeness.
The following items may not be brought into the arena: cans, bottles, coolers, plastic beverage containers, food and beverages, video cameras, helium balloons, pets (other than service animals), laser pointers/pens, sticks, (including those on pennants or flags) or weapons of any sort.
Blue for Life Terms and Conditions
I understand and agree to the terms of payment and balances due as presented by my Blues Account Representative and listed on my invoice and hereby authorize the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club, L.P. ("St. Louis Blues"?) to charge the amount above to the credit card provided according to the terms and stipulations. I understand that by selecting a payment plan, my subsequent installment charges will be made to the authorized card in association with my chosen payment plan until my account is paid in full. I understand that if a charge cannot take place due to insufficient funds or other circumstances, a $25 fee (per occurrence) will be assessed and I will be contacted immediately to provide another method of payment, credit, or debit card, or my account will be in default and my tickets will become void. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Payment constitutes an obligation to the entire investment.
In addition, I acknowledge and agree that ticket(s) being purchased hereunder are solely for the 2019-20 (or, in the event of the renewal of my Season Ticket Account, the applicable subsequent year's) NHL preseason and regular season games presented by the St. Louis Blues and played at Enterprise Center, and for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include tickets, or the right to purchase tickets, to any other event or game, including, but not limited to, any NHL Winter Classic, NHL Stadium Series, NHL All Star or NHL Draft event ("League Special Game") held in the St. Louis Blues market or hosted by the NHL at Enterprise Center or otherwise in which the St. Louis Blues participates. I acknowledge and agree that the St. Louis Blues and/or NHL may cancel, postpone, reschedule or relocate games for any reason (e.g., move a regular season game of the St. Louis Blues from Enterprise Center to an alternate venue for the purposes of playing a League Special Game), as determined in its/their sole discretion, as well as to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the rules, operations and presentations of NHL games and events ("Preemption").
In the event that any game for ticket(s) have been sold to me is not played in Enterprise Center for any reason, including, but not limited to, Preemption, such event shall in no way be deemed, argued or construed to be a breach by the St. Louis Blues of any terms, conditions, agreement or any other duties or obligations in connection with the sale and use of these ticket(s) and, in such event, my sole remedy shall be a pro-rata account credit or refund equal to the price paid for these ticket(s) as specified in the invoice and I hereby waive and release any and all claims I may have against the St. Louis Blues and/or the NHL with respect to such game(s) not played at Enterprise Center.
Furthermore, if I am an eligible account selecting the Blue for Life Automatic Renewal Program, I understand and agree to the additional terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph. In that case, my Season Ticket Account will automatically renew for an additional one (1) year period (per renewal) on March 15th of each successive year (or renewal deadline date if process is delayed), and I hereby authorize the St. Louis Blues to charge my payments at the then-published rates to my credit card in accordance with my selected payment plan on the payment dates determined by the St. Louis Blues each year, unless I provide notice of cancellation during the 30 day opt-out period immediately preceding the March 15th, or renewal deadline date, on which my payments are scheduled to be charged. To cancel the automatic annual renewal feature, you can email your account rep directly or our sales department at email@example.com. If you do not notify us during the 30 day opt-out period, your Season Ticket Account will renew for one (1) year and the payment for the renewal will be processed. I understand that the St. Louis Blues reserve the right, upon written notification (which notice may be provided by email), to modify my payment plan, including pricing, for future seasons and/or terminate my agreement if all of the terms and conditions associated therewith are not met.
