Gate Giveaways FAQs
How early do I need to arrive to guarantee that I receive an item?
We recommend arriving when the gates to the arena open, which is an hour and a half before puck drop takes place. We cannot guarantee items as they are distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
What size(s) will be offered?
Limited sizes will be available for sized giveaway items. The following sizes will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis: Medium, Large, XL, and 3XL. We cannot guarantee that your preferred size will be available by the time you arrive.
Do I need a special ticket to receive the giveaway item?
No, gate giveaway items are distributed to a set number of fans who are the first to enter the arena. Items are handed out to fans as they walk in the gate after scanning their ticket(s).
What is the difference between a Gate Giveaway and a Theme Night?
A Gate Giveaway is the distribution of an item to a set number of fans who are the first to enter the arena, while a Theme Night is a special ticket that requires a separate item voucher to pick up the included item.

What is the difference between a Deluxe Theme Night and a Theme Night?
A Theme Night ticket includes a special game ticket and voucher to receive the promotional item.
A Deluxe Theme Night ticket includes a special game ticket and voucher to receive the promotional item, with additional concourse activities and/or in-arena elements to enhance the designated theme.
Where can I purchase Theme Night tickets?
Theme Night tickets can only be purchased on the Themes & Promotions webpage of the Blues website. Any tickets not purchased through this webpage will not include the Theme Night item or the item voucher.
When will I receive my ticket(s) for the game?
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email from FEVO containing purchase and ticket information. If you make a purchase and do not receive this email, please reach out to [email protected].
I purchased Theme Night tickets, where are my item vouchers?
Item vouchers are listed separate from the Theme Night tickets. We recommend downloading and using the Blues mobile app for accessing your tickets. If you do not see your theme item vouchers in the Blues mobile app, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
How do I add the item voucher to my theme ticket(s)?
When purchasing a Theme Night ticket through the Themes & Promotions webpage, you will only need to add the item voucher for sized theme items. Any non-sized items will automatically be added at checkout.
- When adding a sized item, please make sure to press the + sign until the quantity number matches the number needed. Please keep in mind that it is one theme item per ticket. If more items are added than tickets purchased, we will reach out to fix the issue.
How do I know if I have Theme Night tickets?
- Please log into your Blues account manager here. Your tickets should specify that they are Theme Night tickets.
- If you do not have Theme Night tickets, but would like the item, please see below.
I purchased game tickets without realizing there was a Theme Night, can I still get the item?
Yes, you can purchase the item addon for an additional cost. Please reach out to [email protected] to do so.

I purchased my game tickets from a third-party website like StubHub. Do I get the theme item?
No, Theme Night tickets, which include the theme item, can only be purchased through the Themes and Promotions page of the Blues website. Tickets purchased elsewhere, including the main Ticketmaster page of the Blues website, do not include the Theme Night item.
Where do I go to pick up my Theme Night item(s)?
- Theme item pickup is located in The District on the upper mezzanine level of the arena, across from Portals 32/33.
- Season Ticket Holders may pick up their item(s) from Season Ticket Holder HQ, located on the main concourse level of the arena, across from Portal 13.
Can I pick up my items at any point during the game?
Theme item pickup will only be available from the time doors open – an hour and a half before puck drop - until the end of the first intermission – around an hour after puck drop.
I missed pickup during the game, can I still get my item(s)?
Yes. An email will be sent out the day after the event to all fans who did not pick up their item(s) to coordinate pickup.
What size(s) will be available?
For all Theme Nights have the following adult sizes available, while supplies last: Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2XL, 3XL. Some Theme Nights will have the following youth sizes available as well, while supplies last: Small, Medium, Large.
I can no longer attend the Theme Night game, what do I do?
You can post your tickets for resale through Ticket Exchange. If someone purchases your Theme Night tickets, please make sure to transfer the Theme Night item vouchers as well.
The theme item vouchers are listed as a separate ticket from the game ticket and will need to be a separate transfer.
If you cannot sell your tickets, you can still receive the Theme Night item through a scheduled pickup. Please reach out to [email protected] to let them know what Theme Night you missed to schedule a pickup.
Is there a group discount available for Theme Nights?
Special savings are available for groups of 10 or more for Theme Night games. Please reach out to (314) 622-5454 for more information.
Will the Theme Night item be sold in the STL Authentics stores?
Not all theme items are sold in the STL Authentics store. Whether or not an item is sold in store is based upon item inventory. We recommend buying Theme Night tickets to ensure you receive the Theme Night item(s) you are interested in.
