How do I join the St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait List?
A one-time deposit of either $100, $250 or $500 (*determined by seat location preference) per seat is required (maximum of six (6) seats, minimum of one (1) seat to join the St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait List. This deposit amount will be applied to your seats.
What happens to my deposit?
The deposit will be kept on your account to secure your priority number. After a Season Seat location becomes available to you, the deposit will be applied to the cost of your season tickets. Should you wish to cancel your Worth-the-Wait List deposit, the deposit can also be used towards the purchase of Group Tickets, Suites, and single game tickets.
Why is a monetary deposit required to join the St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait List?
A monetary deposit is required to join the St. Louis Blues Wait List to: (a) confirm your interest in purchasing St. Louis Blues Season Tickets, and (b) make you eligible to receive St. Louis Blues Wait List perks. The deposit will be part of your initial payments towards eventual St. Louis Blues Season Tickets.

Is a VIP Tour of Enterprise Center required?
Because St. Louis Blues Season Ticket Worth-the-Wait deposits are non-refundable, we do ask that you take a tour of Enterprise Center to help ensure your satisfaction. This VIP Tour can be completed either when signing up to become a St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait Member (recommended) or when converting your deposit to Season Tickets.

When will I be contacted regarding available St. Louis Blues Season Tickets?
Your opportunity to purchase St. Louis Blues Season Tickets will depend on availability. After an available seating location has been identified, we will pair it with a priority number and communicate via phone and email when seats are available. If your priority number is called, you will have two (2) business days from notification to either claim the seats or decline. For this reason, we highly recommend that you take advantage of our VIP Tour of Enterprise Center when you sign up to become a St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait member.
What if I don't like the seat location I am offered?
You will only be offered seats within the deposit category (Premium, 100 Level or 300 Level). You will be required to accept the seats you are offered or lose your priority/current position on the St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait List.
If I don't like the seats I selected following my first season, what are my options?
The St. Louis Blues organization provides current Season Ticket Holders, with an account in good standing, the first opportunity to relocate seats annually. This process is dictated based on membership type and tenure.
What if I want to purchase more seats than I have deposits?
Once you realize you need more seats, contact the St. Louis Blues Sales Staff to add additional deposits. Your total deposits on your account may not exceed six (6) seats.
When I am contacted to select seats when my priority number comes up, can I purchase more or fewer season ticket than I originally requested?
You will only receive a notice should seats become available that match your number of deposits. Additionally, the number of Season Tickets being purchased cannot exceed the number of initial Worth-the-Wait List deposits on the account. When contacted, you will likely be offered a singular seating option, so adding or subtracting seats may not be possible.
Can I transfer my Worth-the-Wait List spot to someone else?
Yes, your priority number is transferable to immediate family members only. Written notice to, and approval by the St. Louis Blues, is required for transfer. There is a $250 service fee per account to transfer your wait list deposits to a non-immediate family member.
How do I know how close I am to selecting seats?
A team representative will reach out when we near your time to select.
How do I change my account information?
You may change your email and phone numbers online through your St. Louis Blues Account Manager. Upon logging in, you will be asked for your account number and your password, which will be provided to you when you sign up to become a St. Louis Blues Wait List Member. Should you have the desire to change your seating preferences, please contact our Sales team at Customerservice@stlblues.com. It is important that all your contact information and seating preferences remain accurate. We will use this information to identify if you are a match when seats become available.
If I am only interested in a partial Season Ticket Package, should I place a deposit on the St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait List?
Yes, you will receive higher priority to select partial ticket packages.
Am I able to join the St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait List if I live outside of the St. Louis Area?
Due to demand, the St. Louis Blues reserve the right to limit St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait List to buyers with a permanent address within 75 miles of Enterprise Center
What happens if I decide I no longer want season tickets?
Your St. Louis Blues Worth-the-Wait List deposit can be used towards the purchase Group Tickets, Suites, and single game tickets
What if I move or lost my job?
In cases of loss of job, relocation, deployment, and serious illness, the St. Louis Blues reserve the right to refund deposits and/or membership fees (with written proof). All refunds are at the discretion of St. Louis Blues
