The St. Louis Blues will hold a Stanley Cup victory parade down Market Street and rally at the Gateway Arch on Saturday, June 15, 2019 to celebrate the first Stanley Cup in franchise history.

The parade will kick off at noon at 18th & Market streets in downtown St. Louis. It will travel east and end at Broadway & Market streets. The public is welcome to view the parade along the route.

Immediately following the parade, Blues players, coaches, team leadership, alumni and other special guests will lead the celebration with a ceremony under the Gateway Arch.

What to Know Before You Go

Schedule of Events

  • Noon - Parade begins at the corner of 18th & Market and travel east to Broadway & Market
  • Tentative 1 p.m. start time - Championship rally begins under the Gateway Arch


Arrive Early
Fans are encouraged to arrive early and select their location to watch the parade or rally. With a very large crowd anticipated for this event, please allow for additional time for travel and parking. Fans should also consider traveling downtown in the direction that corresponds with the north or south side of Market Street where they desire to see the parade. Because of crowd size, some areas of the route may be impassable.


Viewing Screens
There will be five TV screens on the grounds of the Gateway Arch, in addition to one in front of the Old Courthouse on Broadway, facing Kiener Plaza.


Street Closures
Street closures will be in effect on Saturday, June 15 at the following locations:

  • Market Street between 18th Street & 4th Street
  • All north & south streets along the parade route one block north & south of Market Street
  • 14th Street between Clark Avenue & Market Street
  • Clark Avenue between Tucker Street & 18th Street
  • Broadway Street between Market Street & Walnut Street


Transportation Options

MetroLink (Recommended): 
MetroLink is the perfect option to enjoy all of the Stanley Cup parade and celebration excitement in downtown St. Louis on Saturday, without worrying about heavy traffic or finding a place to park. Sports fans can park at one of the 21 free Park-Ride lots at MetroLink stations in Missouri and Illinois, and ride MetroLink to any of the six stations serving downtown to make it to the games, watch parties, rallies and other events taking place this weekend.

Due to large crowds expected on Saturday, Metro will have extra security and personnel throughout the system to assist passengers, and will be ready to add extra trains into service, if needed.

Recommended drop off location: 

  • Parade - 8th Street & Pine Street (Busch Stadium exit)
  • Celebration - Laclede's Landing exit

  • Parade - 20th Street & Market Street or 14th Street & Olive Street
  • Celebration - 8th Street & Pine Street

Food & Beverage
There will be limited beverage stations near the Gateway Arch rally location, in addition to near Kiener Plaza on Broadway.


ATM
There will be an ATM available near the entry point to the Gateway Arch grounds on Market Street, and on the Arch grounds. Please view the maps located on this page for more details.


Restrooms
Portable restrooms will be located at the following locations:

  • Broadway between Market & Chestnut streets
  • Near Memorial Drive and Market Street
  • On the Gateway Arch grounds, near the Hyatt Regency


Retail

  • No frisbees, footballs, etc.
  • No glass containers
  • No bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6"
  • No flasks
  • No large bags or containers
  • No professional recording or photography equipment, including drones
  • No airhorns
  • No fireworks
  • No large banners or signs
  • No unauthorized vendors, solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.

Local and federal law enforcement will be present to serve and protect. Due to the anticipated high pedestrian turnout, law enforcement will require cooperation and patience from everyone, so they can act quickly and decisively in the event of an emergency. Please be courteous and respectful. Our police want everyone to have a safe and positive experience.
