The Quarter Note Club Membership is a new program that allows fans to show their Blues pride from anywhere. Every three months, members will receive a box delivered directly to their front door with exclusive Blues items not available anywhere else. Additionally, members have chances to win autographed items!
No. Once you sign up once, your membership will auto renew each quarter.
Items vary between each box and are not available for purchase anywhere else. Boxes are themed to the seasons - winter, spring, summer and fall. Items you may receive include drinkware, apparel and accessories, Blues collectibles and more. Each item has a unique Blues design exclusive to program members!

Yes! To purchase more than one Quarter Note Club Membership you will need to return to the site and check out once again to purchase an additional Membership.

You can cancel prior to a box payment to opt-out of the subscription. Please log in to your Chargebee customer portal and click on the subscription you would like to cancel. Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the portal.
Boxes that contain wearables will be sized. Please select your sizing when you purchase your subscription.
To change your size, please log in to your Chargebee customer portal and click on the subscription you would like to update. You can update your shirt, pant and shoe size for each subscription on your account.
Unfortunately, no. Currently, boxes are only able to be shipped in the continental U.S.
