BLUES APP

Due to changes within Bluenatics on the Blues app, a glitch has been identified that does not allow fans to access their Tickets or pre-populate their information when participating in Bluenatics activities on the Blues App. To resolve the issue when the app says email or password are invalid when trying to log in, please follow the steps below. If you are already logged out, please jump to step 3.

Step 1:

Open the Blues App.

Step 2:

Go to the Settings page of your app (More Menu > Settings), and if you are logged in, select 'Log Out'.

Step 3:

Select 'Log In". If you have not created a Bluenatics account in 2026 within the app, you will need to create an account even if you had signed up before.

Step 4:

Select the 'Sign Up' hyperlink text.

Step 5:

Fill in your personal information to create your new Bluenatics account within the App.

Step 6:

For fans with tickets, connect your Bluenatics account and your Ticketmaster account. If you are still having issues, please visit our Contact Us page.
