The St. Louis Blues and the Missouri Youth Hockey Division have partnered again to host the Blue Note Cup championships from Feb. 26-28 at Centene Community Ice Center.
The annual event, which first launched in 2017, is a season-ending championship tournament for youth hockey players ages 10-18.
Each winning team will receive a Blue Note Cup to display at their home rink until next season's tournament. Championship teams will have their club name engraved on the trophy while also each getting their own day with the Cup, much like NHL players get their own day with the Stanley Cup.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Blue Note Cup games in 2021 will have limited crowds and are not open to the general public. Families of participating players that can attend are encouraged to upload photos and videos of team celebrations and great plays to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using #BlueNoteCup.
