General Information
How can I purchase a suite?**

What events can I purchase a suite for?
Buffalo Sabres games, Buffalo Bandits games, NCAA events, concerts, comedy shows, and other live events.
What if I need more tickets in my suite?
"Standing room only" tickets are available for purchase in the suite. The number of "standing room only" tickets that can be purchased is dependent upon on the size of the suite.
What time can I enter my suite and how long can I stay?
For Buffalo Sabres games, suites open (90) minutes prior to puck drop and remain open for approximately (30) minutes after the game.
For Buffalo Bandits games, suites open (1) hour before faceoff and remain open for approximately (30) minutes after the game.
For concerts, shows and other special events, suites usually open (1) hour prior to the event. Opening times may vary per show. Suites remain open for approximately (30) minutes after the event.
How do I access the suite level?
There are three ways to access the suite level:
Elevators from the Main Atrium
Security entrance elevators on the Alumni Plaza side of the arena
KeyBank Club/200 Level walkway on the fourth level of the KeyBank Center parking ramp, then up the staircase to the suite level
Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
Outside food and beverage is not permitted to enter KeyBank Center. Food and beverages are available for purchase in the suite, and food and beverage that is purchased anywhere within KeyBank Center can be brought to the suite level.
Do children need suit tickets?
All attendees ages 4 and up are required to have a suite ticket. Children ages 3 and under do not require a suite ticket so long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Is there wheelchair service to the suite level?
Guests can receive a complimentary wheelchair escort to and from their suites or other areas within the arena. To request a wheelchair escort, guests can visit Account Services or call (716) 855-4444.
Who do I contact if I have a problem or question during an event?
Please utilize the in-suite phone speed dial to contact the suite attendants, catering, or security. For general questions, you can also visit the suite attendants who are located at each elevator entrance on the Lawley Suite Level. Your personal suite server handles all food & beverage related issues during an event.
Can I re-enter the game after I leave?
Re-entry to events is not permitted at KeyBank Center. For those patrons with a medical emergency, please go to the Account Services Office located in the pavilion.
Catering
How do I place a suite catering order?
Delaware North is the official food and beverage provider at KeyBank Center. Delaware North offers an exclusive suite level menu featuring a wide variety of food and beverage selections and all-inclusive packages.
Food and beverages may be pre-ordered or purchased on event day. All-inclusive packages must be pre-ordered. All food and beverage pre-orders must be placed by 2 p.m. EST two business days prior to the event. Orders for Saturday, Sunday and Monday events must be placed by 2 p.m. EST on Thursday.

Do I tip our suite attendant?
All gratuity and service fees are included in the all-inclusive food and beverage packages. If you do not have an all-inclusive package, we recommend tipping at your own discretion.

Are public transportation and ride share services available?
KeyBank Center is located on two major bus routes and on the NFTA's Metro Rail rapid transit system, which services the city of Buffalo. The ride share drop-off/pick-up location is at the corner of Washington St. and Scott St.
Where can I park?
Each suite rental includes (2) parking passes for the KeyBank Center Parking Ramp, located adjacent to the arena between Perry Street and South Park Ave. on Illinois Street. Additional parking passes are available for purchase. Handicapped parking is available throughout the garages and parking lots.
Bus Parking is available in the lot on Perry and Michigan starting at $30, or in the free lot on Exchange Street (10 minute walk to arena).
Ticketing
Where is the Box Office and when is it open?
KeyBank Center's Box Office is located at the east end of the Pavilion, next to the Account Services Office.
On non-event days, the Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. On event days, the Box Office is open from 10:00am until the end of the event.
