What are Sabrebucks?
Sabrebucks are an exclusive Season Ticket Member benefit that gives members additional value throughout the season. Your Sabrebucks and Discount Card is pre-loaded with an amount based on a percentage of a season ticket cost.
Full Season Member receive 2% of total ticket cost
Half Season Members receive 1% of total ticket cost.
What is the Discount Card?
Buffalo Sabres Season Ticket Members receive exclusive discounts at the Sabres Team Store and participating concession stands at KeyBank Center.
Full Season Members: 25% discount
Half Season Members: 15% discount
Some restrictions and exclusions may apply.
Who is eligible to receive Sabrebucks and Discounts?
Full and Half-Season Ticket Members are eligible to receive Sabrebucks and Season Ticket Member discounts for the 2026-27 season.
Where can I use my Sabrebucks and Discount Card?
Your Sabrebucks & Discount Card can be used at the Sabres Team Store and participating concession stands at KeyBank Center. Some restrictions and exclusions may apply.
How do I access Sabrebucks & Discount Card?
You can access your Sabrebucks & Discount Card directly through the Buffalo Sabres App. Select View Tickets and scroll to the bottom of your ticket inventory until you see Sabrebucks & Discount Card.
For easy access throughout the season, we recommend adding the card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Can I use Sabrebucks to purchase tickets to other events at KeyBank Center (Bandits, concerts, shows, etc.)?
No. Sabrebucks cannot be used to purchase tickets to events at KeyBank Center. Sabrebucks can be used at the Sabres Team Store and participating food and beverage concession stands.
As a Canadian Season Ticket Member, what is the exchange rate on the Sabrebucks?
Sabrebucks are loaded in U.S. Funds. Exchange rate is not applicable.
Does the Sabrebucks Expire?
Yes. Sabrebucks for the 2026-27 season will expire on June 30, 2027, However we strongly encourage members to use their Sabrebucks during the hockey season, as Sabres Team Store hours may vary based on other events at KeyBank Center.
Once the expiration date passes, any unused Sabrebucks will not carry over to future seasons.
Does the Discount Card Expire?
Yes. Season Ticket Member discounts are valid through the conclusion of the Sabres season, including the regular season and postseason, if applicable.
How do I find out what balance I have on my Sabrebucks?
You can request a balance check at participating concession stands or at the Sabres Team Store. After making a purchase using Sabrebucks, your remaining balance will also be printed at the bottom of your receipt.
Can I see my transaction history?
No. You may contact your Account Service Representative if you have any questions regarding your transaction history.
Can I purchase additional Sabrebucks?
No. Sabrebucks cannot be purchased or reloaded.
What happens if I would like to return a purchase at the Sabres Store that I made using my Sabrebucks?
Eligible returns for purchases made using Sabrebucks will be issued as Sabres Team Store credit. Purchases made using Sabrebucks will not be refunded in cash.
I share my Buffalo Sabres ticket account with a partner. Can they receive a separate Sabrebucks & Discount Card?
No. One Sabrebucks & Discount Card is distributed to the primary Season Ticket Member on the account.
What happens if my card is stolen?
Contact Buffalo Sabres Customer Service at 1-888-467-2273 if you believe your digital card has been lost, stolen, or compromised, and we will cancel your card and reissue you another one.
Who is responsible for the card value if my card is lost or stolen?
Sabrebucks should be treated just like cash. In the event the card is lost or stolen, you must report the card as missing. Any value used in the interim is the sole responsibility of the cardholder; you are responsible for any usage from the time the card is lost, to the time of reported loss. Any funds still in your card account will be transferred to your new replacement card.
