Skinner Skins, the Skinny Skinner of Skin Street, or Jeff is a so-called 'genius-boy' who has spent years protecting the last remaining herd of Goatheads in the Multiverse. He's so skilled with a blade, Skinner can skin everything from an acorn to a Glarf-ton Mega Monster, but don't ask him about the dangers beyond the wall of the Sabretooth Mountains.
