Every Kid Deserves a Shot is a comprehensive initiative aimed at empowering youth and nurturing resilience. It equips young individuals with vital supports and tools to help them unlock their full potential, ensuring that hockey's transformative power and spirit are accessible to all, regardless of their background or circumstances - underpinning all of our programs is our unwavering commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. Through this initiative, we harness the power of hockey to inspire hope, courage, and focus in the hearts of our youth, offering tangible opportunities related to the sport that they can believe in and strive for in their lives.

Our programs are divided into two core pillars: Off-Ice Initiatives and On-Ice Initiatives. Each pillar contributes to our mission of making our communities better, creating opportunity and providing access to the game of hockey.

Off-Ice Initiatives

Knowledge-driven Wellness – Equip children with the skills & knowledge to make informed decisions for their own health & well-being.
