Dave Mishkin: Radio Play-by-Play Announcer
Dave Mishkin returns for his 24th year as radio play-by-play announcer for all Lightning games on 102.5 FM The Bone. In addition to broadcasting games, Mishkin is a regular contributor to TampaBayLightning.com, where fans can read his column “Mishkin’s Musings” and get his post-game analysis with “The Extra Shift” following each game. Mishkin can also be heard on the Lightning Power Lunch Show, weekdays from noon to 1p.m. on the Lightning app or your favorite podcast app. Mishkin recently expanded his storytelling craft beyond the booth as the author of Blind Squirrel, his debut novel, which follows a minor-league hockey player coping with mental health struggles after a childhood trauma. Prior to joining the Lightning, Mishkin spent eight seasons as the television and radio voice of the AHL’s Hershey Bears.
