2027 HONDA NHL® ALL-STAR REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES SET FORTH BELOW.

The 2027 HONDA NHL® All-Star Game (the “Game”) and NHL All-Star Skills (“Skills,” together with the Game, collectively, the “Event”) will be held at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York (the “Arena”). Skills is scheduled to be held on February 5, 2027, and the Game is scheduled to be held on February 6, 2027; however, the time and/or date of the Event (or any portion thereof) may be changed for any reason at the discretion of the National Hockey League (“NHL”). No refunds or exchanges will be issued by any Authorized Ticket Outlet (defined below), if the Event (in whole or in part) is delayed, postponed or otherwise rescheduled and played at the Arena on the dates set forth above. Please also note the following:

The Game and/or Skills may be cancelled or altered (in whole or in part) at NHL’s discretion for any reason, including, but not limited to, weather, public health and safety, or governmental order. All Event ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted, save and except as expressly provided below. If the Event (or any portion thereof) is cancelled or altered in such a way that NHL, in its discretion, prohibits use of certain tickets for entry into the Arena, a purchaser having purchased any such tickets from an Authorized Ticket Outlet (each, a “Primary Ticket Purchaser”) will be entitled to a refund from the applicable Authorized Ticket Outlet as its sole and exclusive remedy. The foregoing is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Primary Ticket Purchaser will receive a refund for the cancelled or altered Event (as provided above) directly from the Authorized Ticket Outlet used by such Primary Ticket Purchaser. “Authorized Ticket Outlets” for the Event are, inclusively, Ticketmaster, NHL, FEVO, UBS Arena, and the New York Islanders®.

  • Anyone purchasing a purported ticket from a source other than an Authorized Ticket Outlet will not be entitled to a refund from any Authorized Ticket Outlet. Anyone purchasing a purported ticket from a source other than an Authorized Ticket Outlet may only seek a refund, if applicable, directly from the party from whom such ticket was purchased. Authorized Ticket Outlets will only refund the Primary Ticket Purchaser.
  • Primary Ticket Purchaser should retain original purchased ticket(s) and a receipt which verifies the purchase of such ticket(s) from the applicable Authorized Ticket Outlet.
  • Primary Ticket Purchaser will be issued a refund of the Game and/or Skills ticket price paid by the Primary Ticket Purchaser to the Authorized Ticket Outlet for such ticket(s), as applicable, plus any fees, taxes, charges, processing fees, delivery fees, etc. charged at the time of purchase. In no event will any other amounts be refunded, unless required by applicable law or the applicable payment network rules.
  • The Authorized Ticket Outlet will issue any refunds permitted under this policy to the same method of payment used by the Primary Ticket Purchaser for the original purchase (for example, if a credit card was used to make the ticket purchase, then that same credit card will be credited for the refund). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Authorized Ticket Outlet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue the refund to an alternative payment method to the extent permitted by payment network rules given the facts and circumstances surrounding the refund (for example, if the credit card used for the initial ticket purchase is no longer active).

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ANY AUTHORIZED TICKET OUTLET BE LIABLE TO ANY PRIMARY TICKET PURCHASER FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so not all of the foregoing may apply. For residents of New Jersey: Nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.
