Use your mobile device as your ticket

The Minnesota Wild are exclusively using mobile entry for access to all home games at Grand Casino Arena. Mobile tickets are the safest, most convenient, and most flexible way to receive and manage tickets. Download the Official Minnesota Wild App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get started.

To prevent ticket fraud and promote safer, more efficient usage of the mobile ticketing platform, screenshots will not be accepted when entering Grand Casino Arena. If you need assistance accessing your tickets, please call/text (651) 222-WILD.

Access Your Tickets

Step 1 - Open the Minnesota Wild App

Open the Official Minnesota Wild App. You can download the app through using the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2 - Select My Wild Account

Click on the 'My Wild Account' banner and sign into your account.

Step 3 - Tickets in My Events

Once you are signed into your My Wild Account, your events should appear.

Step 4 - View Tickets

Click on your event to view your tickets. For convenient entry into the game, we recommend that you add your mobile tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet.

Transfer Your Tickets

Step 1 - Access Your Tickets

Click on the 'My Wild Account' banner and sign into your account.

Step 2 - View Your Tickets

When viewing your ticket, tap the "Transfer" button on the bottom left hand side.

Step 3 - Select Seats to Transfer

Select the seat(s) you want to transfer. Then, click 'Transfer To'.

Step 4 - Contact Information

Enter the recipient's information and send them the ticket(s). Your recipient will need to download the Official Minnesota Wild App and accept their ticket(s) in their account.

Accept Your Tickets

Step 1 - Open Your Inbox

Click on the 'Accept Tickets' button within the email or text sent to you.

Step 2 - Sign into your My Wild Account

Sign into your 'My Wild Account' using the email address that tickets were sent to.

Step 3 - Tickets in My Events

Once you are signed into your My Wild Account, your events should appear.

Step 4 - View Tickets

Click on your event to view your tickets. For convenient entry into the game, we recommend that you add your mobile tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet.

Sell Your Tickets

Step 1 - Access Your Tickets

Click on the 'My Wild Account' banner and sign into your account.

Step 2 - View Your Tickets

When viewing your ticket, tap the "Sell" button on the bottom right hand side.

Step 3 - Select Seats to Sell

Select the seat(s) you want to sell. Then, click 'Continue'.

Step 4 - Price Your Tickets

Enter the price that you wish to list your ticket(s). Once complete, click on 'List'.
