The Islanders Children's Foundation has three exclusive charity entries for the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon, giving staff members the opportunity to run 26.2 miles in support of programs that empower children and families across Long Island.

Since its inception, the ICF has raised over $24 million through diverse events and initiatives. This ongoing success underscores the unwavering support of the entire Islanders family, who collectively contribute to making a lasting impact in the lives of those they serve.

Throughout the course of the season, we will be working with a select group of non-profit organizations to help raise awareness and funding for their causes at Islanders games this upcoming season. 

Non-profit organizations selected to participate will receive the following: concourse table, volunteer/fan interaction, 50/50 proceeds, in-game feature during the Community Corner spotlight, and other marketing assets as available.

The New York Islanders Charles B. Wang Community Service Award recognizes the leaders among us within the Metro NY community that have made a special or profound impact on the lives of individuals, families or the community at large. This candidate exemplifies the same qualities that the Islanders late co-owner exhibited daily: empathy, dedication to positive change and forward thinking.
