Philadelphia Flyers Community Caravan Scavenger Hunt
Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Philadelphia Community Caravan Scavenger Hunt (the “Contest”) will be held during the following Philadelphia Flyers Community Caravans: (i) Ocean City, NJ, commencing on July 15, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.; (ii) North Wildwood, NJ, commencing on July 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.; (iii) Sea Isle City, NJ, commencing on July 17, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.; (iv) Plymouth Township, PA, commencing on July 30, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.; and (v) University of Delaware, DE, commencing on September 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (each an “Event”). The Contest is sponsored by Philadelphia Flyers, L.P., 3601 South Broad Street, Philadelphia PA 19148 (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to natural persons, eighteen years of age or older who are legal residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (“Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and those individuals who are immediate family members of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, or persons living in the same household as Sponsor and Promotion Parties, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. “Immediate family” means parents, siblings, children, partners and spouses. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, an entrant must attend an Event, and must be the first eligible entrant to find a hidden Philadelphia Flyers helmet at the Event, and to bring the helmet to Sponsor’s designee (as announced at the Event) at the Event.

LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules.

WINNER; ODDS: The entrant who successfully finds the hidden Philadelphia Flyers helmet at the Event and first brings the helmet to Sponsor’s designee (as announced at the Event) will be declared the potential winner. If selected as the potential winner, if requested, Entrant agrees to promptly complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance & Publicity/Liability Release form and to provide any other biographical information or documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor in connection with the Contest. Any potential winner is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. As this is a contest of skill, the odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entrants and the relative skill of entrants. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

PRIZE: There will be one prize winner at each Event in this Contest (each a “Winner”), and each Winner (for an aggregate of five Winners) will receive two (2) tickets to the 2025-26 Philadelphia Flyers home opening game to be held at the Wells Fargo Center (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $450.00. Total ARV of all Prizes: $2,250.00.

All Prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of any Prize or election of cash in lieu of any Prize by Winner will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees. Any difference between the stated estimated value of a Prize and its actual value will not be awarded.

By accepting and/or using the Prize, each Winner gives Sponsor the rights to use Winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of inclusion in advertising, trade, or promotion, without further compensation worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media including the Internet, unless prohibited by law.

OTHER CONDITIONS: By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing errors, web site errors, transmission errors or other mistakes or problems in the production or administration of the Contest. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules.

By participating, each entrant agrees that all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, exclusively, and subject to the laws of Pennsylvania. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

WINNERS’ NAMES: To obtain a list of the Winners’ names, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: The Philadelphia Community Caravan Scavenger Hunt Winner’s List, Philadelphia Flyers, L.P. c/o Corporate Partnerships, 3601 South Broad Street, Philadelphia PA 19148. Requests must be received no later than November 30, 2026.
