Step 1

Open the Panthers App.

If you have not created a profile yet, create a profile using the same email as your SeatGeek account.

Step 2

Once your profile is complete, you'll be prompted to connect to your SeatGeek account.

Click "Connect" to proceed.

Step 3

Once you're connected, click "Manage My Tickets" on either the home page of the app or within the tickets page to view your tickets.

You can also select the "Tickets" button within the "..." more menu.

Step 4

Once signed in, select your desired game.

Step 5

You can view, transfer, or resell tickets from your mobile phone.

Step 6

Select your ticket to be scanned at the door.

Open up the Panthers App. If you have yet to create an account, scroll up to learn how.

Step 2

Once you've connected to your SeatGeek account, click "Manage My Tickets" on either the home page or tickets page of the app.

Step 3

Once signed in, select your desired game.

Step 4

Select "send" underneath the ticket's barcode.

Multiple tickets can be selected.

Step 5

Enter the email of the person you would like to receive the tickets.

Step 6

Check that the information you entered is correct and then hit the "Send Ticket" button.

Step 7

The tickets will now show on your phone as being sent.

Step 8

The recipent of the tickets will receive the tickets in their own app.

To complete the process, they should hit "Accept Tickets" to add them to their account.

Step 9

Tickets will now be usable by the recipient.

The sender will receive email confirmation that they've been claimed.
