Scotiabank NHL PreGame

Ticketed fans are invited to join the National Hockey League® (NHL) and its corporate partners at the Scotiabank NHL PreGame, the official tailgate party of the 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ on Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 12:00PM – 5:30PM in the University of Manitoba’s U Lot (Across the street from Princess Auto Stadium). The Scotiabank NHL PreGame will offer fans of all ages family-friendly hockey interactive games and attractions, special appearances, live music and the opportunity to take a picture with the most iconic trophy in sports, The Stanley Cup®! Fans must show their game ticket for entry into the Scotiabank NHL PreGame.

NHL Fan Code of Conduct

The NHL, our Member Clubs, and our Players believe that the best hockey experiences happen in environments that are inclusive, safe, and respectful.

NHL fans play an important role in shaping these environments through the manner in which they support their teams and express their passion for the game. In this regard, we expect that fans also fully support the values of respect, inclusion, and safety at all times through their words, actions, and interactions with other fans, arena staff, Club and event personnel, Players, Coaches and Officials while attending all NHL games and events.

Respect: Fans are expected to show respect for the game-day experience of others. This includes by refraining from foul or obscene language or behavior and any other consistent and/or pervasive conduct that could negatively impact other fans’ enjoyment of the game.

Inclusion: We are committed to ensuring that all NHL venues are inclusive and harassment-free environments for all fans. Language, gestures, behavior, clothing, signs, or other personal expressions that negatively reference or demean a specific race, ethnicity, gender/gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability status, or other identity-based characteristics will not be tolerated. Such conduct is strictly prohibited regardless of whether it directly or indirectly references a particular individual or a group of individuals.

Safety: The physical well-being of fans, Players, and event staff is a top priority. Any disruptive, irresponsible, and/or illegal behaviors that threaten the physical well-being of others are forbidden. This includes participating in or instigating altercations (physical or verbal), throwing objects, or engaging in other inappropriate or destructive behaviors by reason of intoxication, chemical impairment, or otherwise.

Empowerment: If you experience or witness a violation of this Policy, we encourage you to promptly contact and advise a member of the guest services team or security personnel on-site at the event in question. NHL fans themselves are often the ones who are best positioned to foster, create, and maintain respectful, inclusive, and safe environments. If fans “see something,” they should “say something.”

Anyone who is determined to have engaged in conduct contrary to the values of the League, its Member Clubs and/or its Players, and which otherwise violates this Policy, will be subject to penalties including, but not limited to: possible seat relocation, ejection, suspension and/or a lifetime ban from future NHL events.

This Code applies at NHL arenas and all associated team premises, both indoors and outdoors, as well as at all League and/or Club sanctioned events.

Alcohol Policies

Alcohol cannot be brought into or out of Princess Auto Stadium, including from the Scotiabank NHL PreGame. The sale of alcohol is limited to one of the following –

• 2 Beers
• 1 Beer and a drink with 2 oz. of liquor
• 1 drink with 1 oz. Liquor and one double (with 2 oz. Liquor)

Alcohol sales will cease in all areas of the stadium at the start of the third period. Any person purchasing alcohol who appears to be less than 25 years of age must present valid photo identification. No alcohol will be sold to underage or intoxicated guests, and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and ensure you have a safe ride home.

ATMs/Cashless

Princess Auto Stadium is a 100% cashless venue on game days. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit and Blue Bombers Gift Cards. There are no ATM’s located at Princess Auto Stadium.

Bag Policy

Bags larger than 10.16 cm x 15.24 cm x 3.81 cm (4” x 6” x 1.5”) are prohibited. Exceptions may be made for parenting and medically necessary bags. All bags will be screened. The Blue Bombers and the NHL reserve the right to thoroughly inspect bags, clothing, or other articles prior to entry into the stadium. The Blue Bombers and the NHL may prohibit entry to any guest or require removal of any items at their sole discretion. Items removed at any security screening area will not be returned.

Banners & Signs

Flags, banners, signs, or other similar items that may obstruct any sight line are prohibited. Unauthorized commercial signage is not allowed anywhere within Princess Auto Stadium.

Cameras/Electronics

Still cameras with lenses over 15.24 cm (6”) are not allowed into the stadium. You are welcome to use your photo camera (with lenses under 15.24 cm (6”)) for your personal enjoyment. Commercial use of any audio or video recordings of the 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ is prohibited without prior written approval of NHL.

Child Seat Policy

Children under three years old do not need a ticket to enter Princess Auto Stadium for the 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™; however, any such child must sit on the lap of an accompanying, ticketed parent or guardian without obstructing the view of any other guest. Children must be supervised at all times.

Concessions

Food and beverage sales will be available for purchase during the 2026 Scotiabank NHL PreGame and 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™. A wide variety of refreshments are available from concession booths, kiosks, and vendors throughout Princess Auto Stadium and the concessions tent in U Lot. As indicated above, all alcohol sales in Princess Auto Stadium will be discontinued at the beginning of the third period. All concessions are cashless.

Emergency

“If you see something, say something!” 

In the unlikely event of an emergency situation that would require a stadium evacuation, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. If such circumstances arise, please remain calm and follow instructions as they are given.

If you require assistance or have any questions during the 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™, please text or call Fan Services at 204-784-7448. If contacted for an emergency, security personnel will be on hand to assist you. If you are required to make an emergency phone call or text, please report your name and seat location. Paging within the stadium is reserved for extreme emergencies.

First Aid 

St. John Ambulance First Aid stations are located at Sections 112, 124, 212, 225. Winnipeg Paramedic Services are available as well. Guests in need of medical assistance should notify Security personnel, the nearest Guest Experience Team Member, or visit the nearest First Aid Room. 

First aid will also be available at the 2026 Scotiabank NHL PreGame.

Gate Information

All stadium gates will open at 4:30 PM. Guests should enter Princess Auto Stadium through the gate listed on their mobile ticket. Re-entry is not permitted once your mobile ticket has been scanned.

Lost and Found

On the day of the 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™, lost and found items can be returned or collected from the Fan Services booth located behind Section 111. To inquire about lost and found after the game, please call or text 204-784-7448.

Merchandise

Officially licensed NHL merchandise will be available at retail locations located throughout Princess Auto Stadium and the 2026 Scotiabank NHL PreGame. Please visit any one of these locations for the widest selection of 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ jerseys, apparel, hats and souvenirs. 

Mobile Entry

All 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ tickets are mobile and must be scanned for entry into Princess Auto Stadium. Please access and download your mobile ticket to your iPhone Wallet or Google Wallet before heading to the stadium. 

Please have your mobile ticket pulled up on your phone as you approach the ticket scanner. If you need assistance with your mobile tickets on game day, please visit the windows at the NHL Ticket Offices (see Ticket Office Locations below). Proper photo identification will be required to assist with any mobile ticket resolution.

Nursing Mothers & Baby Changing Areas

Nursing mothers can utilize the breastfeeding room, located just west of Gate 2. To access, use the Gate 2 entrance or visit Fan Services at Section 111 for assistance.

Baby changing stations are available in all washrooms throughout Princess Auto Stadium. Men’s baby changing stations are available in sections 113, 136, 214, 235, and the Blue And Gold Suite. Women’s baby changing stations are located in sections 132, 206, 232, and Suite 9E. Family washrooms, which include baby changing stations, are located in the 100 level north and south sections, as well as a family washroom in section 203. Suite sections include Men and Women’s baby changing stations in Suites 9W, 10W, and Press Box.

Parking

Parking passes can be pre-purchased for the 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ prior to arrival at Princess Auto Stadium via Ticketmaster by clicking here. Passes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

Phone Charging

There is a ChargeFUZE station located at Section 111 for fans to charge their cell phones. There will be no associated fee to use, but a credit card is required to borrow a charger.

Prohibited Items

The following items, or any item deemed by security personnel or the NHL to be reasonably similar to the following items, are prohibited from being brought into Princess Auto Stadium and the 2026 Scotiabank NHL PreGame. Any prohibited items left at any security screening area shall be considered surrendered and will be discarded. Guests will not be able to retrieve any surrendered items. The NHL reserves the right to prohibit any item not listed below and otherwise deemed unsuitable for entry or contrary to the interest of public safety.

• Weapons of any kind, including, knives, ammunition, or self-defense items
• Any item that could reasonably be used as a weapon
• Explosive, combustible, or other hazardous items
• Alcohol       
• Bottles, cans, or any glass container
• Airhorns, whistles, or other noise-making devices
• Laser pointers or similar items that could be used to disrupt play
• Animals of any kind, except for service animals
• Coolers, hard sized bags, backpacks
• Drones or any unmanned aerial device
• Balls, frisbees, or other projectiles 
• Flags, banners, signs, or other items that may obstruct any sight line
• Umbrellas

Any other item deemed potentially dangerous or unsuitable for entry by security personnel

All bags and items are subject to inspection. To ensure fan safety, we reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous, suspicious, or unsuitable for entry by security personnel, including any item capable of being used as a projectile.

Public Transportation

Bike Valet 

The bike valet will be operating outside of Gate 3. This free to use service offers fully secured and monitored bike rack storage space for bicycles, eBikes, and scooters outside of Princess Auto Stadium. 

Park and Ride & Transit Park and Ride

Fans parking in one of the several park and ride locations near Princess Auto Stadium will be charged $5.00 per person for the round-trip service to and from the respective parking lot to the stadium. Services will start at 12:00 PM local. Please park at one of the following locations for these services:

Route 1 – Club Regent – 1425 Regent Ave West 

Route 2 – McPhillips Station – 484 McPhillips Street 

Route 3 – St. Norbert Hotel – 3540 Pembina Hwy

Route 4 – Assiniboia Downs – 3975 Portage Ave

Route 5 – St. Vital Centre – 86-1225 St. Mary’s Road

Fans can also utilize the Winnipeg Transit lines on the day of the game by choosing one of the two locations to access the BLUE Rapid Transit Line:

• Seel Station Park and Ride – 1550 Seel Ave.
• Clarence Station Park and Ride – 1240 Clarence Ave.

The BLUE Rapid Transit line is subject to the regular Winnipeg Transit Fare of $3.25 per person. Fans may pay when boarding the bus. The BLUE Rapid Transit route is a dedicated road for buses only, bypassing regular traffic on the way to the stadium.

Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry into the 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ is not permitted once your mobile ticket has been scanned.

Rideshare/Taxi Services

Fans using a ride sharing service or looking to catch a taxi can go to the ride share spot located outside of Gate 1 on Chancellor Matheson Road. 

Security Screening

All guests entering Princess Auto Stadium and the 2026 Scotiabank NHL PreGame will be subject to screening through the use of metal detectors. All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to additional inspection before entry is permitted. Failure to consent to a search will result in denial of entry.

Sensory Kits

There will be sensory bags provided by KultureCity available for pickup at Fan Services, located at Section 111. A dedicated Sensory Room is located just west of Gate 2. To access the Sensory Room, please use the entrance outside Gate 2 or visit Fan Services at Section 111 for assistance.

Smoking

Smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the indoor or outdoor areas of the 2026 Scotiabank NHL PreGame and Princess Auto Stadium; this includes the concourses and main bowl. Smoking is permitted in a designated area outside Gate 3 and Gate 4 at the north end of Princess Auto Stadium.

Ticket Office Locations

The main NHL Ticket Office is located on the northeast exterior of Princess Auto Stadium near Gate 3. The NHL Ticket Office will open at 3:30pm on event day.
