Cancelled Games Ticket Options FAQ

Yes, it was announced that the NHL has cancelled the remaining 2019-20 regular season schedule to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 virus in our community.

If you have already selection your account balance preference via the Devils 2019-20 Account Balance Selection Portal no further action is required at this time.

Your "Ticket Credit" includes the total value of all seats you have on account for the final seven (7) regular season home games at Prudential Center at the variable ticket price. This includes all previously submitted Devils Buyback requests.

Your credit will be deducted from your overall 2020-21 Devils Black and Red Membership account balance in late May and will therefore reduce future monthly payments. A complete overview of your updated account balance will be sent prior to the June 18, 2020 payment date.

No. You will maintain your seat location, Stanley Cup Playoff priority and Black and Red Membership tenure if you choose to apply funds from 2019-20 to 2020-21.

Credit can be applied to any Devils ticketing product during the 2020-21 NHL regular season.

Your ticket credit includes the full variable game value of the final seven (7) cancelled games before Devils Buyback Program credits have been applied. When you select a balance reduction, credit or refund, you will receive the full value of the final seven games - regardless of whether you had previously submitted a Devils Buyback Program request.

All credit and refund options offered by the New Jersey Devils pertain to tickets purchased directly from the New Jersey Devils or their official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster. If you have purchased tickets from another source, you must contact that retail outlet's customer service department for available options.
