Podmínky účasti – Soutěž Hokejový den NHL 2026 v České republice
1. The organizer of this raffle is NHL Enterprises, L.P., One Manhattan West, 395 9th Avenue, 10001 New York, NY, United States of America. Participation is independent of the purchase of a good or service.
Pořadatelem této soutěže je společnost NHL Enterprises, L.P., se sídlem na adrese One Manhattan West, 395 9th Avenue, 10001 New York, NY, Spojené státy americké. Účast není podmíněna nákupem zboží nebo služeb.
2. Anyone who completes the entry form (”action card“) truthfully and has a residence in the Czech Republic is eligible to enter. For participants under the age of 15, the form must be completed by a guardian. Employees of NHL and companies, agencies or advisors participating in the organisation of the NHL Hockey Day in Czechia 2026 and their relatives are excluded from participation.
K účasti je způsobilý každý, kdo pravdivě vyplní přihlašovací formulář („akční kartu“) a má bydliště v České republice. Za účastníky mladší 15 let musí formulář vyplnit zákonný zástupce. Zaměstnanci NHL a společností, agentur či poradců, kteří se podílí na organizaci Hokejového dne NHL 2026 a jejich příbuzní jsou z účasti vyloučeni.
3. The raffle can only be entered in person and on-site at the following participating events of the NHL Hockey Day in Czechia 2026.
Do soutěže se lze přihlásit pouze osobně a přímo v místě konání následujících účastnických akcí Hokejového dne NHL 2026.
4. The participation period starts at the beginning of the event and ends with the end of the event. To be eligible to win, participants must be in attendance when draw is made.
Lhůta pro účast začíná v okamžik zahájení akce a končí v okamžik ukončení akce. Aby účastník mohl zvítězit, musí být přítomen při losování.
5. For participation, each participant receives an action card on site, on which they can collect stickers by participating in the defined actions on site. The completion of the defined actions has no influence on the receipt of a sticker. The draw takes into account each participant who has put his action card in the lot box before the end of the event and has collected at least 12 stickers.
Pro účely účasti obdrží každý účastník na místě akční kartu, na které může sbírat nálepky tak, že se na místě zúčastní stanovených aktivit. Výkon podaný v rámci těchto aktivit nemá žádný vliv na obdržení nálepky. Do slosování je zařazen každý účastník, který před skončením akce vhodil svou akční kartu do slosovacího boxu a nasbíral nejméně 12 dvanáct.
6. The draw will take place on-site at the event and potential winning participants will be announced at the event. Potential winning participants will be contacted at the event following the draw and must be present at the event in order to win. Potential winning participants must collect their prize from the organizer during the event. Organizer reserves the right to revoke any prizes that potential winning participants do not collect during the event.
Losování proběhne přímo na místě a případní výherci budou vyhlášeni na akci. Potenciální výherci budou kontaktováni na akci po losování a pro získání výhry musí být na akci přítomni. Potenciální výherci si musí výhru vyzvednout u pořadatele během akce. Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo zrušit výhry, které si potenciální výherci nevyzvednou během akce.
7. Three (3) drawings will be conducted at the event to determine which participant is the winner. There is one (1) prize eligible to be awarded for each drawing. A participant, who collects the minimum numbers of twelve (12) stickers, can enter the draw with multiple action cards, but a participant cannot win more than one (1) prize. An entry is one (1) action card with at least twelve (12) stickers.
Prizes may include a 250 EUR voucher for the NHL Shop at SHOP.INTERNATIONAL.NHL.COM or hockey equipment, which may include a stick, gloves and/or skates, as determined by the organizer in its discretion (approximate retail value of 250 EUR (VAT included) depending on the piece of equipment). The organizer will endeavor to accommodate size preferences. The prize actually awarded may deviate from the equipment shown in pictures of the possible prize on the action card or displayed at the event site. The winners must be present at the event to become eligible to receive prizing.
All participants win by chance and the prize is not transferable.
Na akci budou provedena tři (3) losování, která určí výherce. V každém losování je možné získat jednu (1) cenu. Účastník, který nasbírá minimální počet dvanáct (12) nálepek, se může zúčastnit losování s více akčními kartami, ale nemůže vyhrát více než jednu (1) cenu. Vstupem je jedna (1) akční karta s nejméně dvanáct (12) nálepkami.
Cenou může být poukázka v hodnotě 250 EUR do obchodu NHL na adrese SHOP.INTERNATIONAL.NHL.COM., nebo hokejové vybavení, například hokejka, rukavice a/nebo brusle, určené pořadatelem dle vlastního uvážení (v přibližné maloobchodní hodnotě cca 250 EUR (včetně DPH) v závislosti na vybavení). Pořadatel se pokusí vyhovět požadavkům na velikost. Cena, která bude ve skutečnosti poskytnuta, se může lišit od vybavení zobrazeného na obrázcích možných cen na akční kartě nebo vystaveného v místě konání akce. Výherci musí být na akci přítomni, aby mohli získat ceny.
Všichni účastníci vyhrávají náhodně a výhra je nepřevoditelná.
8. A cash payment or exchange of the profit is not possible. The winner accepts necessary changes to the prize caused by other factors beyond the control of the parties involved in the Sweepstakes; provided, however, that if the parties involved in the Sweepstakes are unable to provide the original prize to the winner, then such parties will instead provide a prize that is reasonably equivalent.
Výplata výhry v hotovosti ani výměna výhry není možná. Výherce akceptuje nezbytné změny výhry způsobené jinými faktory, které subjekty zapojené do soutěže nemohou ovlivnit; pokud však strany zapojené do loterie nebudou schopny poskytnout výherci původní cenu, poskytnou místo ní cenu, která je přiměřeně rovnocenná.
9. The organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in whole or in part if difficulties arise which jeopardize the integrity of the Sweepstakes. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Organizer and participant agree to submit any dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo soutěž ukončit nebo dočasně pozastavit v případě vzniku obtíží, které ohrožují regulérnost soutěže. Tyto smluvní podmínky se řídí zákony České republiky a jsou vykládány v souladu s těmito zákony. Organizátor a účastník souhlasí s tím, že případné spory budou podléhat jurisdikci soudů v České republice.
10. Only up to three (3) entries are allowed per person. A violation of the conditions of participation leads to exclusion from the competition.
Každá osoba se může zúčastnit třikrát (3). Porušení podmínek účasti vede k vyloučení ze soutěže.
10. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participant agrees that they may not assign, transfer or delegate these Terms & Conditions or their rights and obligations hereunder without organizer's prior written acceptance. Participant agrees that organizer may assign, transfer or delegate these Terms & Conditions and any rights and obligations hereunder, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, by operation of law or where applicable laws otherwise permit. Organizer will provide participant with reasonable advance notice of any assignment, transfer or delegation.
V rozsahu povoleném platnými právními předpisy účastník souhlasí s tím, že nesmí postoupit, převést nebo delegovat tyto podmínky nebo svá práva a povinnosti podle nich bez předchozího písemného souhlasu organizátora. Účastník souhlasí s tím, že organizátor může postoupit, převést nebo delegovat tyto podmínky a práva a povinnosti vyplývající z těchto podmínek v souvislosti s fúzí, akvizicí nebo prodejem majetku, na základě zákona nebo pokud to platné zákony jinak umožňují. Organizátor oznámí účastníkovi každé postoupení, převod nebo delegování v přiměřeném předstihu.
11. Controller of the personal data provided by the participant on the action card and, if applicable, in the feedback to the notification that his card was drawn (Section 6) is NHL Enterprises, L.P., One Manhattan West, 395 9th Avenue, 10001 New York, NY, United States of America. The data will only be used for the purpose of the raffle (legal basis: Art. 6(1) b) GDPR). The winner of the gift voucher for the NHL Shop will need to provide personal data to the store to redeem the voucher. For this, the Shop’s privacy policy at SHOP.INTERNATIONAL.NHL.COM applies.
The data of those participants who do not win will be deleted after three months at the latest. The data of the winners will be kept as long as they are required for tax and accounting purposes.
The participants can request information (Art. 15 GDPR), correction (Art. 16 GDPR) or deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) if the respective legal requirements are met. Questions and complaints can be filed with Perinvest a.s. by email ([email protected]). You also have the right to revert to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
12. Správcem osobních údajů, kterému účastník poskytl na akční kartě a případně v potvrzení o obdržení zprávy o vylosování jeho karty (článek 6), je společnost NHL Enterprises, L.P., se sídlem na adrese One Manhattan West, 395 9th Avenue, 10001 New York, NY, Spojené státy americké. Tyto údaje budou použity pouze pro účely soutěže (právní základ: čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. b) GDPR). Výherce dárkové poukázky do obchodu NHL bude muset poskytnout osobní údaje tomuto obchodu, aby mohl poukázku čerpat. V tomto případě platí zásady ochrany osobních údajů tohoto obchodu na adrese
SHOP.INTERNATIONAL.NHL.COM.
Údaje účastníků, kteří nevyhráli, budou vymazány nejpozději do tří měsíců. Údaje výherců budou uchovávány po dobu, po kterou budou potřeba pro daňové a účetní účely.
Pokud jsou splněny příslušné právní požadavky, mohou účastníci požádat o informace (čl. 15 GDPR), opravu (čl. 16 GDPR) nebo výmaz (čl. 17 GDPR). Dotazy a stížnosti je možné uplatňovat u společnosti Perinvest a.s., a to e-mailem ([email protected] ). Také máte právo obrátit se na Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.
