It’s Montreal’s most famous orange resident: the traffic cone!

Rush Hour Rally takes place during 1st intermission of every Saturday night Canadiens home game. A uniquely Montreal, two-lap footrace pitting four conoid characters from four local neighborhoods against each other for ultimate street supremacy.

Pick a cone to cheer to victory... only one can rule the road!

Connie

Neighborhood: Old Montreal

Connie is cultured, refined, and quick on her feet. Hailing from Old Montreal – a popular hangout spot for the city’s community of cones – she's always on the run. Whether on her way to work, to a function, or the post-function party, count on Connie to typically arrive right on time: fashionably late.

Flash

Neighborhood: West Island

Flash is the ultimate underdog. Traveling from the West Island to the Bell Centre, he’s already spent come race time. Why does everything have to be so far anyway? And who made these streets so narrow? A cautious competitor, Flash is often the last to arrive, but one of these days he’s going to beat the traffic.

P-J

Neighborhood: Plateau-Mont-Royal

P-J is all about the city’s famous joie de vivre. Sporting his pajama pants most (all) of the time, he’s laid back and mostly just happy to be here. He might have more consistent luck on his trusty two wheels rather than on two feet, but after a single sip of coffee, like his neighborhood he only goes ONE WAY: straight for the finish line.

K.O.

Neighborhood: Hochelaga

K.O. is a natural born winner. Able to halt traffic on sight, he’s a force to be reckoned with on the city’s streets. Racing out of the east end – with Olympic-class training facilities at his disposal – his hard-working attitude can’t be beat.
