The Montreal Canadiens are proud to present Impact Player, a new program that allows the club to recognize and shine a light on the transformative work of Quebec-based individuals and organizations who are making a real difference in the lives of local youth by offering them the chance to achieve their full potential through education, sports, the arts or any other leisure activity.

To celebrate Black History Month, the Montreal Canadiens wish to recognize the enormous contributions of Black Quebecers who are dedicated to building a better and more inclusive future for our next generation. We invite you to submit your own Impact Player candidate, someone who through their positive influence and involvement in the community is a true agent of social change.

From among the nominations received, two candidates will be honored on the Canadiens' official platforms. Each honoree will receive a personalized special edition black warmup jersey, identical to the one worn by the players on Black History Night on February 10. In addition, a $500 grant will be awarded to the community organization each recipient is working with.

To nominate a Black Quebecer who has a positive impact on the lives of racialized youth, please complete this short application form by February 28 at 11:59 p.m. The winners will be announced at the beginning of March.
