Thank you for reaching out in regards to an event sponsorship. All requests must be submitted through the online submission portal HERE.

In addition to the documents required on the portal, you must also download and complete the following ACH vendor form. Once completed, you will include this document in your submission. All of the requested forms are required for your submission to be valid.

Your request will be reviewed by our donation committee within two to three weeks.
