Group Tickets Frequently Asked Questions

What is the group ticket minimum?
The group ticket minimum is 10 tickets to the same game. All group ticket orders are considered final sales; no refunds or exchanges.

When do 2019-20 Blackhawks group tickets go on sale?
Group tickets go on sale in July, after the schedule is announced. Group leaders on our group priority list will have the first opportunity to purchase group tickets.

How will I be notified when group tickets are available?
We recommend you fill out a 2019-20 Blackhawks group ticket request form located on the Chicago Blackhawks group ticket webpage. A Blackhawks account executive will contact you via phone and email when group tickets become available for purchase in July.

When is the final payment due on the group?
A deposit of 25% is due on the day your group outing is booked. Final payment is due within 30 days of the initial group deposit.

Can I order additional tickets after my initial deposit?
Additional seats may be added at any time based on availability.

Do children require a ticket?
Children under 36 inches in height do not require a ticket for admission. However, any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult. All children 36 inches or taller must have a game ticket.

When do United Center gates open on game days?
All United Center gates open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game time.

Is Bus Parking available for my group?
Bus parking can be purchased the day of game in Lot B for $40 (cash only). Click here for more info and to view the United Center parking map.

What is the United Center bag policy?
The United Center prohibits all backpacks and hard-sided bags, along with any other bags (including briefcases, luggage, purses and diaper bags) that are larger than 14"x14"x6" in size. Single-compartment drawstring bags and fashion backpack purses will be permitted. Please note that all approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry, and the United Center is unable to check or store prohibited items during the game.
