Julie Lovins is in her 11th season with the Chicago Blackhawks and her fifth as Director of Service and Retention. She previously served as Senior Manager of Customer Service.
In her current role, Lovins oversees the season ticket service department, which works to provide excellent customer care to the Blackhawks' season ticket base of more than 14,000 fans. She also manages the annual renewal process, including the creation of unique season ticketholder experiences and continued commitment to proactive communication.
Prior to joining the Blackhawks, Lovins worked in season ticket sales for the Washington Nationals, where she was a staff member during the opening of Nationals Park in March 2008, following eight years spent with various minor league teams. Outside of professional sports, Lovins has 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, in addition to four and a half years at Resource 3, Inc., a Dallas-based marketing firm, where she handled marketing, public relations and event planning for local and national clients.
Lovins, a native of Rockford, Ill., graduated from the Art Institute of Dallas with a degree in audio/video and film production.
