When the United States Marine Corps Reserve is called in to help out, you know it’s important. Providing toys and other gifts to children in need during the holidays is always important. No child should be forgotten during the holidays. The U.S. Marines are making it their mission this holiday season to see to that.
During two upcoming Wild home games - Thursday, December 15 vs. Boston, and Monday, December 19 vs. Dallas - United States Marines will be stationed at all five Xcel Energy Center gates, welcoming Wild fans as they file in.
Fans are encouraged to bring toys best suited for girls ages 13 to 16, or infants ranging from one month to three years old. If you don’t have time to get toys, or don’t have any around the house, cash donations are also accepted.
Keep in mind that the greatest need for gifts are for teenagers.
