Question 3: What player scored the game-winning goal for Team USA in the gold medal clinching 4-2 win over Finland at the 1980 Winter Olympics?

Winner: Congratulations to "plcorndog" who answered the third question correctly. Minnesota's own Rob McClanahan buried a feed from Mark Johnson to put Team USA up 3-2 in the third period. Johnson, who was born in Minneapolis, scored the final goal of the game, giving the U.S. a 4-2 victory. Richfield's Steve Christoff and Duluth's Phil Verchota also scored in the game.

"plcorndog" earns three points, and has now earned tickets to a Wild preseason game. More importantly, "plcorndog" moves into a tie for first place in the standings with 47 questions remaining.
