Minnesota Wild Reduces Camp Roster To 27

The Minnesota Wild has reduced its training camp roster to 27 players.

The team assigned the following 13 players to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL): C Christoph Bertschy, C Brady Brassart, LW Matt Carey, D Maxime Fortunus, RW Kurtis Gabriel, RW Marc Hagel, G Leland Irving, C Michael Keranen, D Dylan Labbe, G Kevin Lalande, RW Zack Mitchell, D Gustav Olofsson and D Zach Palmquist.

The Wild also placed the following four players on waivers today: C Zac Dalpe, LW Ruslan Fedotenko, C Jared Knight and C Brett Sutter. They will be assigned to Iowa on Monday if they clear waivers.

Minnesota hosts the Winnipeg Jets at Xcel Energy Center today at 5 p.m. on the NHL Network and KFAN 100.3 FM.
