FOX Sports North, in conjunction with Wells Fargo and the National Hockey League’s Minnesota Wild announced today a cooperative effort to celebrate the Fifth Annual Hockey Day Minnesota with a full day of hockey programming, including at least four telecasts of games taking place at three separate locations on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011. The announcement was made this afternoon at a press conference at the Moorhead Youth Hockey Arena.
Hockey Day Minnesota 2011 on FOX Sports North will include a full day of hockey-related programming designed as a celebration of the game from peewees to pros. The city of Moorhead will serve as the background for the outdoor boys high school games featured in the Hockey Day Minnesota 2011 line up. Outdoor Games at Moorhead

Hockey Day Minnesota 2011 coverage will include a NHL game from Xcel Energy Center as the Minnesota Wild take on the St. Louis Blues, as well as a college match-up from Mariucci Arena between the University of Minnesota and University of Denver.
