SATURDAY’S DALLAS STARS GAME AT SAN JOSE TELEVISION UPDATE
FRSICO, Tex. – Some fans wishing to watch the Dallas Stars broadcast of the team’s game at San Jose on Saturday evening (9 PM CST) will possibly miss the beginning of the game (joined in progress) or not have the game available on their cable carrier (if they live outside of the DFW area).
1. Fans that will see the entire Stars game
-- Households with any Satellite Provider
on FS Southwest (placed on an FS Southwest alternate channel: DirecTV – channel 677; Dish Network – channel 453, AT&T U-verse – channel 754, Verizon FiOS).
-- Households with Center Ice subscriptions
(the blackout has been lifted by FS Southwest for this game in all areas of Texas and the Southwest area).
2. Fans that will see the Stars game joined in progress
on FS Southwest (upon conclusion of the Missouri-Kansas State football game)
-- Dallas-Ft. Worth market cable customers
(with updates via ticker and game breaks).
3. Fans that will miss the game entirely
-- Cable customers outside of the Dallas-Ft. Worth
market that receive FS Southwest.
The Dallas Stars have worked in cooperation with FS Southwest and the National Hockey League to make sure that Saturday’s game be available on as many televisions as possible.
