Still trying to find the perfect gift for the Sharks fan in your life? Join The Sharks Foundation for its first ever “Holiday Wish List” Silent Auction during the home game on Dec. 16 against the Anaheim Ducks.
Each home game The Sharks Foundation hosts an auction at its booth located at Section 124 on the Concourse Level. For the auction on Dec. 16, the Foundation will be pulling out all the stops to allow fans to bid on some of our Sharks fans most frequently requested items. The evening’s items will include:
Zamboni Package: One (1) zamboni ride during the first or second intermission and four (4) upper bowl tickets for a mutually agreed upon future home game
- Stick Kid Night Package: Two (2) children age 14 or under will be invited to a mutually agreed upon future home game to watch warm-ups from the penalty box and each receive a stick signed by members of the 2006-07 team. Four (4) upper bowl tickets are also included.
- Bud Light Sharks Territory Bar Sign: Limited edition neon bar sign created exclusively Anheuser Busch and its distributors. Winner will need to provide transportation for item.
- Autographed Jonathan Cheechoo Life-Size Cut Out
- Autographed Scott Hannan Life-Size Cut Out
“Zamboni rides and the neon Bud Light sign are probably our biggest requests but a date with Jonathan Cheechoo is a close third,” said Sharks Foundation ManagerLaura Johnston jokingly, “Hopefully the cutout will be good enough.”
The auction begins when the doors to HP Pavilion open at 6:15 p.m. and will conclude during the second intermission. Each item will be closed one-at-a-time with a live “Going once, going twice, gone.” Fans may bid until this point. Winners may immediately pay with cash, check or credit card and will have the ability to take the item home that night.
Net proceeds will benefit The Sharks Foundation’s 2006-07 Beneficiaries, which will be announced in January.
