Ticket Trade Guidelines

  • All ticket trades must be completed online via My Sens Account.
  • New for 2025-26 Trades can be completed up to 72 hours before puck drop. For example, your window to trade tickets out of a 7pm game on a Thursday will close 72 hours on that Monday at 7pm. We cannot complete a ticket trade inside of this 72-hour window.
  • Ticket trades must be within the same price level.
  • Don’t forget to exchange your parking passes which can be exchanged in the same ticket trade process.
  • Trade availability of games or seat selections are subject to change at any time.
  • Ticket trade will be made available shortly after our Season Seat Member and public ticket onsale. This is typically in mid September.
  • Game availability is offered one month at a time. In September you will have access to exchange September and October games. On October 1, you will have access to October and November games. This continues until February 1.

  • Once a game has been exchanged, you cannot exchange it for another game during the season.

  • Only primary tickets purchased through your Season Seat Membership, either Full Season or Half Season, can be traded. Tickets purchased as a single game, including group tickets, nightly suite, or resale seats, may not be traded.

  • Due to limited availability, there are Ticket Trade blackout dates for the 2025-26 season. Additional games may be added if we reach our maximum trade allotment for each game.

  • Please note not all games will be available in the ticket trade program.

  • The games to be included in the trade program will be determined shortly after the NHL schedule is released.

  • Trade availability of games or seat locations are subject to change at any time.

  • Preseason games will only be exchangeable for other preseason games.

HOW TO TRADE YOUR TICKETS

  1. Log into your My Sens Account.

  2. Select your game under My Tickets.

  3. After selecting your game, click on ‘Exchange’. If ‘Exchange’ doesn’t appear beside ‘Transfer’ and ‘Sell’ click on ‘More’, then select ‘Exchange’.

  4. Select which tickets you would like to exchange. Check the boxes to indicate which tickets you are trading. Then click on ‘Continue.’

  5. This screen will display all the games you can exchange for, to select a specific game, click on ‘Select Event’ beside the corresponding event.

  6. The sections highlighted in blue are the sections that correspond to your price level. Click on a section to zoom in.

  7. Once you have selected your seats click on the shopping cart, then click ‘Continue’ in the pop-up window.

  8. You will be presented with the confirmation screen. From here click on ‘Submit’ accept the term and conditions and click place order.
