How will I be able to access my tickets?

All tickets for Senators’ Playoffs will be delivered digitally to maintain a secure fan

experience. We strongly encourage you to download the Sens App and add tickets

to your mobile wallet, prior to the game, to ensure the best experience.

Barcodes for your tickets will only appear 48 hours prior to the game in the app.

Web-based barcodes are no longer supported, you will be prompted to add to your

wallet for entry or to scan in via the app.

Will the Gate 1 Red Zone be open for pregame?

Yes, the CIBC Red Zone, located on the Gate 1 Plaza will be open three hours prior to

the start of the game. This is subject to change, so we encourage fans to read your

pre-game email and follow our social channels for most up to date information.

Will the Gate 1 Red Zone be open every game?

The Red Zone will only be open for home & away games for Round 1 of the Stanley

Cup Playoffs.

Will there be watch parties for away games?

The CIBC Red Zone will host watch parties for all home & away games for Round 1 of

the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Will there be specific playoff merchandise available at Ottawa Team Threads?

Limited playoff merchandise will be available at Ottawa Team Threads at Canadian

Tire Centre.

All funds raised from playoff 50/50 will be directed to children and youth in our local

Ottawa community.
