OTTAWA – The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today that Canadian Tire Centre will open its doors to fans on Saturday, April 11, for an opportunity to watch TSN’s high-definition broadcast of the final game of the 2014-15 regular season when the Senators visit the Philadelphia Flyers. After the team’s 3-0 win over the New York Rangers, the Senators currently have 97 points and if they earn at least a single point in Saturday’s game the team would quality for the 2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
The Bell HD Screen — with 2,170 square feet of viewing space — will be lowered to enhance sightlines for fans and to better the game experience. Doors to Canadian Tire Centre will open at noon, with fans asked to use the Gate 1 (main) entrance for access into the building. The Senators are encouraging all fans to wear red to support the team.
The Sens Store will have a one-day sale for fans in attendance at Canadian Tire Centre on Saturday, with all regular-priced merchandise being sold at 50 per cent off. Fans will also receive a 50 per cent discount on concessions, with a limited menu available.
Parking and admission to Canadian Tire Centre tomorrow is free. The Senators are encouraging fans to bring a non-perishable food item as The Ottawa Senators Foundation will be accepting canned goods for the Ottawa Food Bank, Stittsville Food Bank and Kanata Food Cupboard.
