New Release: Senators reduce 2014-15 training camp roster by 21 players

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today they have reduced their training camp roster by 21 players, re-assigning 20 players to the American Hockey League’s Binghamton Senators and releasing one player from his professional tryout.

Those being re-assigned to the B-Sens include goaltenders Chris Driedger and Andrew Hammond; defencemen Guillaume Lepine, Daniel New, Troy Rutkowski, Michael Sdao and Chris Wideman; forwards Carter Camper, Jakub Culek, Ryan Dzingel, Derek Grant, Alex Guptill, Danny Hobbs, Darren Kramer, Max McCormick, Brad Mills, Shane Prince, Cole Schneider, Garrett Thompson and Brandon Wong.

Forward Nick Palmeri has been released from his professional tryout.

The Senators training camp roster is now comprised of 33 players: Three goaltenders, 12 defencemen and 18 forwards.
