Game Day 5: Sens vs Bruins

We've got 5 crucial piece of info that you need to know before the puck drops for this evening's game against the Boston Bruins.

1. Line-up

Some line-up notes for tonight...

  • Sens head coach Dave Cameron confirmed that the recently recalled Max McCormick will slot into the line-up tonight in place of Curtis Lazar who is out with an injury.
  • The coach also mentioned that he believed Cody Ceci's injury status is probably more of a week-to-week thing..

2. Goalies

Craig Anderson will be between the pipes tonight for the Sens. Andy currently sports a record of 15-9-1 with a save percentage of .919% and a goals against average of 2.73. Andrew Hammond back-ups tonight.

It hasn't been confirmed yet but Tuukka Rask appears to be in line to start tonight's game in Ottawa for the Boston Bruins.

3. Last meeting

These two teams last faced off against each other back on March 19th, 2015 in Ottawa with the Sens earning a clutch 6-4 win. Kyle Turris (2+1), Milan Michalek (1+2) and Mark Stone (0+3) each registered 3 points in the victory while Andrew Hammond stopped 31 of the 35 shots he faced to earn the decision.
